With ApisearchUI you can work with one or more instances without disturb each other results. So if you type something on the first one, the results on the second one won't be affected.

Note that the two instances work separately but they are using the same client and index. So all queries made from the first instace are cached for the second one (if you have the cache set to true, of course).
